Founded in 2019 by John Poynton AO and Chris Stavrianou, Poynton Stavrianou was established with a clear purpose – to become Western Australia’s leading independent corporate advisor.
What began as a small team of four has grown into a dynamic team of 20+ professionals, including three new partners and expanded service offerings.
Todd Grover and Justin Boyce Cam joined in 2023, bringing decades of experience in private and mid-market M&A and establishing our private markets practice. Ben Jones joined in 2025, with more than 25 years in Australian real estate finance and valuations and founded our property advisory practice.
